When one party knows that another party's plans to impress co-workers or French girls in advance, and the first party shows up simply to agitate the second party. The opposite of a Maisano

Bomb the harbor

To take a dump with the stealthness and ferocity that the Japenese had in 1941. This can cause devastating results, such as sinking the Arizona, clogging the toilet, and creating ass-touching tsunami's of terror. Synonomous with, but not limited to, taking a dump, taking a shit, pinching a loaf, and dropping the kiddies off at the pool.
