Mehh unlike it's counter part "meh" it means confusing emotions like yes or no it would mean "or" it that case because it's the in-between of the question it can be summed to maybe but it is more than maybe it's more of a equal amount of yes and no

or
P1 : are you coming with?
P2 : mehh
