A person or persons that inflict grevious physical and psycological harm onto others simply by turning up to social functions appearing in a ghastly, witchly and unhealthy state; usually in the form of a melting face, witch or ghoulish like figure. Origins: - Amanda Coghlan 2005 was the first Cog.
