Wolf of Mill street

A shady miscreant who steps out of the shadows when alcohol is involved. Almost always when it is "snowing" or "there's a storm on the way pending a phone call". Has an unusual effect on gravity of his friends, most of which end up on the floor especially if they're Russian.
