Boc

Short for the Italian word "Bocca". Refers to someone who openly engages in conversations that reveals other peoples secrets when it is commonly known that these secrets should be kept confidential. Thus leading to private information spreading like wild fire.

Joseph is a boc. He intentionally told Luis that my penis is small and now everybody knows.
