A word that useless criminals use to describe law abiding citizens. More commonly used by either felons or the ghetto black community. People who don't understand that the cops have never killed an innocent person and every one that has ever been killed by cops have been justified. You will see useless , jobless , black males use this word alot.

"They shot my brother just because he robbed someone and this bootlicker thinks it's OK" said every useless black person.

Always a liberal. Someone who is too ignorant to understand how the world really works. People who don't understand there are really only 2 genders, that BLM are actually a hate group, that George Floyd got what he deserved. All in all useless people who the world would be better off without.
