A sakuratist is someone who engages with their own thoughts and feelings of depression, anger, sadness, or in most cases insanity. They are usually apathetic about the people around them, their responsibilities, and the things they enjoy most. He or she will start to develop demented thoughts and have visions of River, in which he or she will follow as a guide.

River is the "crow " God that guides sakuratists. He usually is depicted as a blood crow, or all-seeing eye.
Ever since John became a sakuratist, all he talks about now is how River helps him and enlightens him.
