The combination of the words truth and hypothetically. Used in circumstances where a hypothetical situation is true. Originates from Angel Navarro in his journey for the expansion of the English language.

"Truthahketically, if Richard was actually 7 foot 7 as he states, I would be 8 foot 2 since I am taller than him."
