In malayalam, the science of studying meat and methods of processing meat. Courses in the field were often informally offered in distant lands, hence people would go off to study the science for 3-4 years and return home to find their fortune.

Sebiyadi
This word is mostly heard used among college kids in southern and middle parts of kerala, when a man steals his friend's girlfriend while they are having a small fight. This sort of relationship and usage is especially common in thrissur. The person who loses his girlfriend is often viewed as a failure or cuckhold.
