Well, all athletes really...
It's working out really hard for a few days and then doing barely anything in a short amount of time. (usually right before a big game or meet)
When we were tapering, we only did 2500 instead of 7000 =)
when athletes stop working out before an athletic event and just start "knocking boots"
damn, Phelps started tapering early for the Olympics
