Slang. Can mean many different kinds of snacks, for example: burritos, taquitos, tostitos, fritos, rollitos, Doritos, Sun Chips, etc.

"Hey man grab some tabitos while you're up"

(Taquitos)

"You wanna make tabitos?"
(Burritos)
