A popular phrase in Sothern England most frequently used when ones drinking companion has consumed far too many alcoholic drinks or mind-altering substances on a night out.

Can be used in place of the more traditional fucked, munted, wankered etc.

Intoxication, to the point where many moral/business/life mistakes get made and with no recollection of the previous nights events in the morning. Far more drunk then any other descriptive word or slang.
