The act of doing totally idiotic things when you are drunk, e.g. punching holes in the wall, throwing beer bottles at cars on the freeway, or grinding on the lead guitarist. Being "slammed" and "rambunctious" at the same time.

Ralph: Damn, did Diesel flip over the pool table again after the band left?

Howard: Yea, that jackass was absolutely slambunctious last night.
