The state-side hotness rating is a Hotness Rating equivalent to the rating a female would be if they were in the Continental United States. The simplest method to determine this is the "mantourage / 2" method. Simply take the number of bros in her mantourage(flock of dudes surrounding her) and divide it by two.

Stroad
Noun. Portmanteau of "street" and "road": it describes a street, er, road, built for high speed, but with multiple access points. Excessive width is a common feature. A common feature in suburbia, especially along commercial strips. Unsafe at any speed, their extreme width and straightness paradoxically induces speeding. Somewhat more neutral than synonymous traffic sewer.
