In communities plagued by high levels of childhood obesity, spilling a few handfuls of Cheetos from the bag honors the memory of friends who are either deceased or under incarceration, where access to name brand snack foods is generally limited. (See also: pour out some liquor and pour one out)

Equivalent to making somebody hate your guts. To pour out your cup means that somebody pissed you off to such a harsh degree they'd make you figuratively or literally pour out your cup of liquor and leave the party.
Kyle: Yo bro how come you left the party early last night?
Chad: That hoe Karen made me pour out my cup because she rejected me even while drunk! And then she called my shrimp tiny!
Kyle: That's duuuuust I had her pour UP my cup! Then we Rick Rolled!
To pour an alcoholic drink on the ground in tribute, typically to respect a dead or incarcerated friend. The drink symbolizes one which should have been enjoyed by the absent person.
After Jim died, his friends decided to pour one out whenever they drank together, in honor of his memory.
"One for me, and one for my fallen homies," Chris said, as he poured one out.
Pouring some out for one's homies is a ritual you do where you poor some of what ever your drinking out on the ground for some of the homies that you lost or for homies who are fucking idiots and pray for them cause they won't make it in life
"Why don't you pour some out for one's homies to remember our homie Rick."
