papershuffler

A papershuffler is biker slang for a man who works in an office enviroment, wearing a suit and tie, who doesn't get his hands dirty, such as a banker, or a stockmarket trader.

"Look at that dudes hands, he looks like he's never done an honest days work in his whole life.
I'll bet he's a lame-ass papershuffler !
