A newcomer, whether a novice or someone in a responsibility-laden profession, who is new to his/her job. Pronounced 'en-kay-oh-tee-bee"; an acronym for "new kid on the block".

The kind of radiance NKOTB fans achieve after being awake for 40+ hours and waiting in line for 15+ hours in a somewhat undesirable environment, such as the floor of a mall, in hopes of getting the best seats possible at a New Kids concert and meeting the five hardest-working kids in show business in person.
I'm amazed at how we were able to be awake for 40 hours, sit in the hot MOA Rotunda, and even look half-way presentable for NKOTB. We had the NKOTB glow, I guess!
