A term coined by a certain individual whom shall be known as "Hasuke". Relates to any MMORPG where a player is constantly levelling at a much higher than average level up rate than some players.

Reality Meaning: To be a complete waste of space to society.

Virtual Meaning: To perform repetitive tasks in a game, in order to level up the ranks.

Business Meaning: Jobless retards means that the workers are more likely to buy in game items and in game money to catch up. Also since were going to make people perform repetitive tasks, we only need to make half a game.

Reality Example: Level Grinding makes me a Virgin 4 Life!!

Virtual Example: Player spends X hours playing a game Level Grinding, to become boss man of own imagination!

Business Example: Forcing Level Grinding can improve Profit margins, it pays to sell to retards.
