In the computer world: a clunky, unpolished, quickly thrown together, "solution" that accomplishes the required task, but is the equivalent of a Band-Aid or a "temporary support brace". Kluges are often used when the problem must be corrected ASAP and no time is allowed for a formal solution, or when the person resolving the issue does not know how to fix it correctly. When used correctly, Kluges are always temporary and replaced by a permanent solution. Kluges are not look upon with high regard, and people who use kluges as permanent solutions are not look upon as good administrators or developers.

I had to sync our human resources SQL database with the networks Active Directory by end of day so I kluged together a data transfer script to keep the data in sync until I can get a good utility written.

Klugging

When a guy hits on a girl who is an aquaitence, who is not interested, a distant family member, or too good for him and does it consistently over a short period of time, making it awkward for the girl to be near him. "Kluggers" often are oblivious to the girls disinterest, so girls have to be clever when trying to ditch the clignybastard. "Kluggers" usually flirt subtly to avoid being labeled as a creep, or because they are afraid of rejection. Because the two are somehow a part of each others social, work, or family environment one has to be polite to the Klugger when trying to ease away!

a word that you intentionally use in a sentence despite it having no meaning. Then when some asks you what the definition of the word is, you simply reply with a nod, short exclamation, or some other equivocal remark that doesn't actually answer their question.

Similarly to cunky, it is a flexible word with no true definition, so it can mean anything you want it to mean.

Klugleflurm also happens to be the fanonical eigth dwarf in "Snow White And The Seven Dwarves".
