Innovator's Dilemma 

The dilemma confronting an inventor, engineer or creator of any type in which one must choose between adding new features to a product in an attempt to entice customers, or maintaining a product as to improve quality and decrease cost.

Innovator's Insomnia 

When someone has trouble or cannot sleep due to the ideas running through their head. This is cause by a creative mind wanting to do so many things when there is not enough time in the day.
1: OH MY GOD!!! You look terrible! What happened?
2: I had 2 hours of sleep last night because I had innovator's insomnia.

Innovate means to observe, internalize, modify until improved, then produce something which improves others experience of it.
