I have always wanted to go on a honeymoon, but I am not married thus going on a trip that is similar to a honeymoon but with a friend.

My friend and I went on a friendymoon to Cabo San Lucas.

The act of using a social community website bulletin board to broadcast a message asking others to add your best friend or shitty garage bands profile to their friends list.

This bulletin has a catchy title. I shall read what is inside... goddammit, another asshole friendmongering his blink 182 cover band, im getting tired of this shit.

Friendmoon

1) A holiday one takes with a good friend to celebrate a milestone, friendaversary, or some other life event.

Not to be confused with a normal vacation. Usually a celebratory holiday.

2) It can also be a chance for two friends to catch-up after a long separation, or as a way to console one of the friends after a break-up, death, etc.

1) We both just landed our dream jobs, we need to go on a friendmoon to celebrate!

I can't believe we've been friends for ten years, it's time we took a friendmoon.

2) You need a friendmoon to get your mind off the stress of breaking it off with whatshisname.
