Flangine

A type of mould ejected from a Flange when it has been wet for many months, it is ejected periodically and if legs are held together will store up, used for painting walls.

1.(when painting a wall)
Guy 1: I canna hold her She's gonna blow!
Guy 2: Get out of the way the flangine is coming down the pipe.

Flangineering 

In gaming terms creating a character with ridiculous stats, abilities, kit, perks etc. Usually with the express purpose of breaking game balance and/or reducing the GM to a gibbering wreak.

Min/Maxing can be said to be crude stat based flangineering often employed by munchkins.

GM: Yeah he took the gift Blade of Heimdall just so he could stab a Black Spiral to death with a silver toothpick....f**king flangineering bastard!!

Fratgineer 

Fratgineer; the modern day fraternity man with a Macgyver like sense of all things fratty.

This man is noted with his ingenuity to fix or enhance any situation that happens around the fraternity house.

The Fratgineer fixes situations on the fly like a leaking kiddie pool in your front lawn filled the sorority babes with a lighter and a plastic bottle. The Fratgineer figures out ways to chill your beer in seconds using an air duster.

Bro#1"Dude, my beer is getting warm"
Fratgineer"Bro, give me your beercan I'll chill that in a sec"...(Fratgineer turns airduster upside down and sprays can until chilled)
Bro#1"Whoa, your like a freaking Fratgineer"

1. An engineer who works with planners but is still an engineer.

2. Planner who mostly does EISs for strip malls and office parks.
