A fake laugh , you only do this to make the person feel good about themselfs where the joke made REALLY isnt funny at all.

ari: What did the farmer call the tractor ?
mikki: What
ari: A TRACTOR !
mikki: hahaha :l
ari: did you just falaugh me !?
mikki: maybe :S

The act of laughing along with others even when you don’t actually find something funny, just to fit in or avoid awkwardness.

It’s a blend of “fake” and “laughing.”
