2. Refusing to commit to the completion of a project during the excecution thereof, i.e. changing horses midstream

Fagacity 

When something, someone, or someplace is incredibly gay. Similar to the word capacity in that there is a point where something reaches it's maximum as there is a point where something is so gay that is has reached it's fagacity.

"Yo I had a dream that i was swimming in a pool full of Justin Biebers."
"Damn that pool has definitely reached it's fagacity."
