A threat that challenges an individual to eat one's excrement. It originates from the fact that poo is disgusting (unless served with a side salad in a pita bread) and therefore eating it would be disgusting. This means that the challenge will most probably be failed, therefore making the non-poo eater a failure.
"Yo smelly smell smell head, eat my poo"
Person 1: I am going to eat your nan
Person 2: Yeah right, eat my poo!
Person 1: No
Person 2: Haha, you did not rise to my challenge henceforth making you a failure and a smaller man than I. Hell I bet your penis doesn't even reach the end of your scrotty bag
