dope train 

Any form of public transportation, (subway, bus, light rail train, etc.), in a major city, traveling to outlying county areas. People from outside the city use the dope train to travel to the city in search of drugs. Also allows dealers from the city to bring their drugs into the county for selling.

I am about to hop on the dope train to go in town and cop some weed, wanna go?
