When reasonably new to an online game, people who regulary play the game act nice to you but try to cause dismay. This is mostly done through feeding false advice/ information to you which, ultimately, causes your game to crash, the admin banning you from the game/ server, and the likes.
A specific example would be a 'friendly' gamer telling you to type a random command into console which would cause your game to crash/ close.
