Conchesumadre 

It is a word used in Chilean slang, to refer to a another person a a nody way. It can be replaced by the word damnass or matherfucker.
Can be considered like a noun or an adjetive

"Qué esta diciendo el conchesumadre?" ("What is the mutherfucker saying?")
