A version of poker where you make your best 5-card hand out of six cards, where 3's and 8's are wild. The rules are that everyone gets dealt 3 cards, and at that point you determing if you are "IN" or if you fold. If you're in, you're in for at least $1, at which point you are dealt your remaning 3 cards. The betting starts, in order (similar to regular poker), but the increments for bets are $1, $3, $5 and of course $8 a.k.a. "CHILITO."

Commonly played with two or more decks being dealt simultaneously - with preference being that they two or more decks be distinguishable, so multple rounds can be played at the same time (i.e. "In on Blue, out on Red, in on HARD PACK").

Important note is that in the event where the VALUE of all 5 cards is identical between or among 2 or more players, the winning hand will be the one that contains the highest Natural Card, by Suit.
"Monger called 'Chilito' and didn't pay up, claiming a tie even though he clearly lost - he definately owes Dr. Matt 8 bucks!"
