adj. Directed to someone who increases volume and intensity of speech during a conversation.

ie - In the manner of Caesar proclaiming to his people.

"Whenever I argue with Margaret, she becomes so Roman!"

"I don't even know why I am arguing with you, you're so Roman right now."
