The way a person's butt looks when their pants ride up the crack of their butt. This is mostly a term used in reference to fat people.

That fat woman shouldn't wear those pants, it gives her whale bite.

A bitch that is really fat and disgusting. She can usually be seen beached on the couch and flopping around on a bed. Her daily activities include eating, sleeping, and pooping.
