Its a football ultras group from Split, Croatia that is known for its cowardice, stupidity and abuse of heroin. These fanse are one of the most hated groups in Croatia and even though they make a great atmosphere their hooligans are the weakest pussies.

The meaning of this word was given through the book Starcraft: The Dark Templar Saga: Twilight and is used several times in it.
