Pancake Syndrome is where everything in the body of a woman (or man in some cases) is flat. Meaning that they have a flat chest (or breasts), and a flat ass.

Boy #1: Woah, look at that girl, she's way hot.

Boy #2: Uhh, no way man, do you see that flat ass and flat chest?
