Nipple-ectomy 

This is when you catch your nipple ring on something and tear your nipple off and your ring out.

OMG! I caught my nipple ring on the shower door this morning and almost had a nipple-ectomy. I hurt like a mother bear!!

Jennifer flipped out on me when I had a seizure and accidently clamped down on her right tit with my teeth. I really didn't mean to give her a nipplectomy.
