Microscopic Dolfinular is a disease that has so far been proven harmless. This disease is is cause by a harmless parasite that appears as a microscopic neon blue dolphin that the feeds off bacteria and swims through the blood stream. This disease which has only been found in males causes the them to occasionally emit blue semen.
