A prolonged series of hostile, passive aggressive acts directed at random, unsuspecting men by a woman who is still mad over her last breakup.

Courtney: "I heard that Mary threw a drink on Todd last night when he asked her to go home with him."
Donna: "Omg, why??? Todd's a hottie!"
Courtney: "She has a mean mandetta after that whole drama with Chad & the stripper."
