Grease Muff

When someone (usually a man) with regularly sick flow is suffering from a combination a puffy bed-head hair and greasy hair. Can only be remedied by water and shampoo.

Todd: Dude, nice grease muff

Jim: Yeah, haven't showered yet today

Todd: That's dirty...
