Derping Out

A verb to describe the action of somebody or something that is acting in a manor that would cause somebody to think that they are mentally handicapped.

When Iryna fell on the floor and started laughing uncontrollably for absolutely no reason, Ryan and Matt mutually agreed that she was derping out.

To derp out is to have a ballistically fun time with your friends, and things might get weird in one way or another, meaning you might do something that you maybe didn’t expect to be doing when you were sitting in your 2pm Supply Chain Lecture earlier that day.
