Colon Chonger 

This activity involves two people. It simply consists of one person of either sex, squating over another person(either sex) and is an internal exercise, where by the 'chonger' inserts his mouth into the anal passage and starts to suck vigorously until large chunks of feces enter into his/her mouth.
