A Short-message language form of "see you later", conventionally compresses the message with the limitation of 160 characters and allows more information within the 160 chars.
Not suitable for any other use than SMS.

In order to save time (like 4 seconds, tops) people leave out letters while trying to type sentences. CUL8R directly translates to 'see you later'
