When a nigga (and by nigga, I generally mean white male) decides that he's had enough of this bullshit, and decides to bust out. When one busts out, he generally displayed a marked disregard for the concerns of others and simply takes what he wants.

*Person A walks up to Person B, shoves him out of the way*
Person B: "Nigga, the fuck you doin'?"
Person A: "Just bustin' out, nigga. You was in my way, nah'mean?"
Person B: "Oh, my apologies, good sir. Next time you be bustin' out, I'll most graciously move my black ass out of the way."
