Brumming

A Brummie (someone from Birmingham or surrounding area) who is in a state of elation or disappointment and expressing this state with a raised voice. People in ear shot of this brumming may refer to this as 'Brumming' or 'Brum Brum'.

Brummie - "Arr I'm sick of this!"

Bystander - "Brum brum brum" (muttered under voice)

Or

Brummie - "I just batted a double century not out. Sensational!"

Bystander - "Stop brumming about your cricket skills"

air bumming

The act practiced by squaddies in the presence of a camera & an unaware victim.

Victim is usually busy manning a phone or working on equipment, camera is filming said victim (either knowingly or non), victim is approached by the "air bummer", "air bummer" begins simulating sex motions without touching or alerting the victim that they are being "air bummed", hilarity ensues, victim humiliated, video is usually posted on the internet.

In extreme cases the "air bummer" will be joined by multiple wingmen and all will start bumming each other, sometimes forming a "bumming train".

Eye Bumming 

When a man's eyes linger too long on a ladies bottom, he is said to be 'eye bumming' her.

A lady walks past a man in the street, the man turns to check the ladies bottom out as she passes. The man is then 'eye bumming' the lady, or violating her with his beady eyes, and can legitimately be referred to as a 'eye bummer' from then on. The unfortunate lady has been 'eye bummed'
