A scourge in Orre, one of the many regions of the Pokemon world.
Whereas the other villainous teams have their grunts in plain view on the ground, Cipher trains its various Peons to hide on the ceiling, waiting in ambush for unsuspecting intruders. When one such intruder approaches, they drop down, call out their Pokemon, and attack immediately.
The name comes from "ceiling cat".

A large chaos peon from Warcraft who originated from the tremendous amount of pwnage from a simultaneous occurrence of a tournament melee competition in Warcraft and a CAL Counter-Strike tournament. This divinity is held to be the god of computer games and is worshipped by all who understand pwn.

The sexless peon
The sexless peon’s natural habitat is around a group of females. This peon works hard to make sure his presence is felt. He fights hard to keep a dominant tone as other desperate males approach the group in hope for some poon action. Even though this is highly unlikely, just the mere presence of the female kind drives the peon in his persistence, some even stick around for months or years as the desperation grows over time.
Naturally, the peon is not popular among bruhs, their undignified and embarrassing approach is frowned upon by the Bro Council.
