Zero tolerance means that you get your ass handed to you the first time you break the law instead of getting slaps on the wrist the first few time like celebrities get.
I'm in jail for fifty years just because I killed somebody when I was driving drunk. Shit, it's not like I do it all the time. It was only once, and I gotta serve time. Fuck. Fuckin' Diana Ross gets away with this, but I gotta serve this shit. Fuck.
