When someone is 'shistey' it refers to a shit head being extra shit headish; sometimes the intensity one can become can escalate to an emotional/personal level and the person can become ButtHurt.

(Often used in the succession "shistey cunt" or "shistey bitch")

Verb. Mental : Someone performing shiestiness is basically someone being deceiving, manipulative; and more often than not end up usually having negative alternate intentions. (Characteristics include but are not limited to someone who will lie to your face and play games with your emotions and get off on doing things behind your back, will often easily burn bridges than face guilt.
