Someone who is a sanctimonious asshole. Usually a politician.

Example 1

Voter 1 - Wow listen to that holier-than-thou candidate talk about finding religion, even though he cheated on his first 2 wives.

Voter 2 - Yep, he is rectumonious.

Example 2

Candidates who preach "do as I say, not as I do" are rectumonious.
