A "Newkenwilly" is a slang word from the Sacramento Ca area. It is when a man uses a woman for a piece of ass and nothing else. Getting his "willy" wet and moving on to a "new" peice is usually what earns a man this name.

"I drove 45 minutes to take him food and a piece of ass. When he was done I was asked to leave."
