Turd Midget

An annoying little black child. However may be used to refer to anybody you want to make fun of.

Originated by calling my nephew a turd, my cousin called him a midget, and the term was born.

Kid: "Give me some chicken Mom."

Mother: "Shut up you little turd midget."
