While wearing thong sandals and ones gets a little bit ahead of the thong sandal creating the toe wedgie

Toe jam wedgy

A recently developed wrestling/submission hold, in which the opponent is placed in a prone position, the legs are folded at the knee, ankles are crossed and the underpants are pulled as to hook the toes under the waistband.

Holy hell, he totally toe jam wedgied that kid. That was an epic toe jam wedgy.
