Extra Boobs

Extra boobs means when you see a fat girl or guy that wants to be skinny by stuffing them selfs into smaller clothes making some of their fat hang out.

Pooka "Wow Jaymee, look at that girl over there!"
Jamie "Yeah, she has some extra boobs"
